RETURNS POLICY
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email sales@vanlockstore.co.uk to request a refund and your reason for returning the items, you will be contacted by a member of our team once authorised you will be informed of a date the courier will collect the items, once inspected a refund can be actioned.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if they are opened and parts missing from the kit.
Merchandise that has been damaged during installation will not be accepted for return.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item this will not be subject to a restocking fee but may include additional costs and carriage charges. All exchange requests must be e-mailed to sales@vanlockstore.co.uk with the reason for exchange and you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange an exchange.
